Turn 1 saw the Allies use a Mediterranean strategy opening. The Axis responded by refusing action in the Med, claiming the free POC in the Baltic, defeating a lone British cruiser in the Barents Sea and defeating two British battleships in the North Atlantic.
The Axis control the Baltic, Barents and North Atlantic; while the Allies control the North Sea, South Atlantic and Mediterranean. The Axis gain 3 POC for the turn and are up 3 POC for the game.
Turn 2 saw the Allies continue to use a Mediterranean strategy. The Axis responded by again refusing action in the Med, claiming the free POC in the Baltic, defeating a lone British cruiser in the Barents Sea and breaking control of the South Atlantic with the U-boats (sinking the Eagle).

Turn 3 was a repeat of turn 2 as the Allies again used a Mediterranean strategy. The Axis again responded by refusing action in the Med, claiming the free POC in the Baltic, defeating a lone British cruiser in the Barents Sea and breaking control of the South Atlantic with the U-boats.

Turn 4 saw the Germans challenge the British in the Barents Sea. Incredible carnage resulted in just one round as 5 British battleships and 4 German ships went to the bottom. The Ark Royal and Convoy 1A both manage to sneak away by disable during the pursuit rounds. The Axis again refused action in the Med, but broke control of the North Atlantic, South Atlantic and Baltic Sea with the U-boats.

Turn 5 saw the Allies abandon the Mediterranean Sea (leaving a battleship in Malta to help out after the Italian defection rolls on turn 8) and set up a blockade of Germany against the 5 remaining German ships. The 7 U-baots challenged the North Atlantic, but the 3 subs which survived ASW all missed the convoy there.

Turn 6 saw the Axis contest the Barents Sea with the U-boat fleet. The 17 Allied ASW managed to turn back the threat, allowing Convoy 2B to get to Russia and the blockade to hold.
The Axis control the Baltic and Mediterranean Sea; while the Allies control the North Sea, Barents Sea, North Atlantic and South Atlantic Oceans. After the convoy puts in to Russia, the Allied gain 4 POC for the turn and the Allies take a 1 POC lead for the game.
Turn 7 saw the Axis contest the Barents Sea with the 5 German ships and the South Atlantic with 4 Italian cruisers and the U-boat fleet. The Allies manage to hold on to both areas, get a convoy through to Russia and receive the Axis concession with the Italian defection rolls upcoming on turn 8.
The Axis control the Mediterranean; while the Allies control the North Sea, Barents Sea, North Atlantic and South Atlantic Oceans. After the convoy puts in to Russia, the Allied gain 5 POC for the turn and the Allies take a 6 POC lead after turn 7. The Axis concede.
The Axis player resigned at the end of Turn 7.
